ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one personal training keeps the sessions privately between the client and coach at all times. It allows the coach the opportunity to give the client 100% of their attention with the monitoring of proper exercises form, safety, and adapting to any physical limitations. This type of training is recommended for individuals who may have multiple physical limitations and/or do not have any previous experience with exercise.
SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Semi-private personal training allows the coach the flexibility to add another client into the session, making it 2 people. The workouts are still prescribed separately based on your limitations and fitness level. Training semi-private not only allows the coach to help more people per session achieve their goals, but gives the client more scheduling flexibility. This type of training is recommended for individuals who are, overall, healthy with few physical limitations and/or have some exercise experience.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small group personal training allows the coach to train groups (5 or more) of clients at the same time. All clients will be performing the same workout, but the coach is still able to make modifications based on client limitations and fitness level. This type of training is recommended for individuals who have previous or current exercise experience, few physical limitations, motivated in more of a team/group atmosphere, and/or are looking for the personal training experience at a lower cost.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Online personal training allows the coach to work with clients without physically being in their presence during the workout. Online clients benefit from all of the other services provided with a normal personal training program. This type of training is recommended for individuals who are competent in exercise, travel a lot or are not in the area of the training location, have few physical limitations, want to be able to workout any place or time, and are self-motivated.
